Warranty Coverage
For eligible custom product orders, we provide a standard product guarantee for manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship, logo application, and packaging execution. The guarantee period and exact handling method may vary by product type, but quality issues should be reported as soon as they are discovered and within 7 days after delivery for visible damage, incorrect goods, or printing defects.
What Is Covered
Covered issues may include products that do not function as intended, visible manufacturing defects, broken parts on arrival, poor logo printing compared with the approved proof, incorrect color or model, wrong quantity, or packaging that does not match the approved order details.
Resolution Options
After the issue is verified, we may offer free replacement, rework, replacement parts, partial credit, refund against the affected quantity, or another commercially reasonable solution. The solution depends on the product, defect type, shipment status, and whether the issue can be corrected locally or must be remade.
What Is Not Covered
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper storage, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, customer-approved artwork errors, changes requested after production approval, destination-market compliance issues not disclosed before production, customs delays, carrier delays, or loss of data stored on electronic devices.
How to Report a Defect
Please contact us with your order number, a short description of the issue, clear photos or videos, carton labels if relevant, and the quantity affected. Our team will review the case and reply with the next step. For complex claims, we may ask for additional photos, inspection details, or a returned sample for quality review.
Custom Printing and Private Label Products
Because most CustomInChina orders are made to the buyer's artwork or packaging requirements, non-defective customized goods cannot normally be returned after production. We reduce this risk by confirming digital proofs, physical samples, logo placement, packing details, and production assumptions before mass production starts.
