Silk Screen Printing
Screen printing is widely used for flat or slightly curved surfaces such as bags, notebooks, drinkware, packaging, and many promotional products. It works well for simple logos and solid colors, especially on medium and large quantity orders.
Pad Printing
Pad printing is suitable for small, curved, or irregular surfaces such as pens, USB drives, small plastic items, and compact accessories. It is useful when the printable area is limited and the product shape is not fully flat.
UV Printing
UV printing supports full-color artwork on many hard surfaces. It is often used for phone accessories, acrylic items, plastic products, metal gifts, and packaging. It can show gradients, photos, and multi-color designs without separate screens for each color.
Laser Engraving
Laser engraving creates a clean and durable mark on metal, wood, some plastics, and leather-like materials. It is common for premium gifts, drinkware, tools, keychains, pens, and electronic accessories where a long-lasting logo is preferred.
Embroidery and Woven Labels
For textile products such as caps, bags, towels, apparel, and patches, embroidery or woven labels can create a premium branded look. These methods are more durable than basic print but require artwork review and sample approval.
Debossing, Embossing, and Heat Transfer
Debossing and embossing are often used on leather-like notebooks, packaging, and soft goods. Heat transfer works for certain fabrics and full-color designs. We will recommend the method after reviewing product material and logo details.
Artwork Requirements
Vector files such as AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG are preferred for logo production. If only PNG or JPG files are available, we can review them and advise whether artwork cleanup is needed before printing, engraving, labeling, or packaging production.
