Express Courier Shipping
DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, and similar courier services are the fastest option for samples and small to medium shipments. Express delivery usually includes door-to-door tracking and is often used for urgent events, sample approval, or limited quantity promotional goods.
Air Freight
Air freight is useful for larger shipments that need faster delivery than sea freight but do not require small-parcel courier pricing. It can be arranged to an airport or, when available, to the buyer address with customs clearance support.
Sea Freight
Sea freight is usually the most cost-effective option for high-volume orders, pallets, cartons, and container shipments. FCL is used for full container loads, while LCL is used when cargo shares container space with other shipments. It requires longer planning but can reduce per-unit shipping cost.
Rail Freight
For some European and Asian destinations, rail freight can balance cost and speed. It is often faster than sea freight and more economical than air freight for suitable mid-sized shipments. Availability depends on route, product type, and season.
FOB, CIF, DDP, and Other Terms
We can discuss shipping terms such as FOB, CIF, EXW, and DDP based on the buyer import experience and preferred responsibility level. DDP may be useful when buyers want one quoted cost that includes delivery to the destination address, subject to product and country eligibility.
Customs Clearance Support
International shipments may require commercial invoices, packing lists, HS codes, certificates, MSDS, CE, RoHS, or other documents depending on product type and destination. We help prepare available documents and coordinate with freight forwarders when needed.
Insurance, Tracking, and Updates
For higher-value shipments, insurance can be discussed before dispatch. Once shipped, we provide tracking details and update buyers on shipment status, estimated arrival, and major transit changes when information is available.
Production Time vs. Transit Time
Production lead time and shipping transit time are different. A typical custom order may need time for artwork approval, sample confirmation, production, inspection, packing, and then transport. Buyers should share event dates or delivery deadlines early so shipping options can be planned correctly.
