Sample Evaluation
Before starting full production, buyers should review the sample or approved proof for size, material, color, logo placement, finish, packaging, labeling, and practical usability. The approved sample becomes the working reference for bulk production.
Digital Mockup or Virtual Sample
For many personalized products and private label projects, we can prepare a digital preview showing your logo, artwork, or packaging concept on the product. This helps buyers visualize the result quickly before deciding whether a physical sample is needed.
Blank Physical Sample
A blank sample is an actual product without custom branding. It is useful for checking size, material, weight, color, function, and general quality. Blank samples are usually faster and lower cost than fully customized samples, although color may depend on available stock.
Customized Physical Sample
A branded sample is made with your logo, color, packaging, or private label requirements. It gives the closest preview of final production. Setup cost, sample cost, and international shipping may apply depending on the item and customization process.
Video and Photo Confirmation
For some projects, photos or short videos can help confirm function, size, packaging, carton marks, and logo details before shipment. This is especially useful when timing or sample shipping cost makes physical review difficult.
Sample Shipping
Samples can be shipped by DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, or other express services. When several samples are being reviewed, we can consolidate them into one shipment when practical to reduce courier cost.
Sample Quality Control
Before samples are shipped, we check the basic appearance, function, logo position, packaging, and visible defects. For technical products, additional product-specific checks may be discussed before sample dispatch.
